Key Responsibilities
  • Process credit card transactions and other payments for the day
  • Handle phone calls, transfer reservations, and perform other administrative tasks
  • Verify and balance hotel room availability
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures
  • Administer guest payment policies and review day shift errors
  • Prepare folios for departing guests
  • Maintain lobby appearance and assist with breakfast setup
