Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Lead Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, leading a team of technicians, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, and air conditioning and computer systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automotive repair, with a minimum of 5 ASE certifications.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
