**Job Title:** Certified Nursing Assistant/HCA
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services in Seattle, WA.
**Salary Range:** $23-$25/hour, depending on experience and certification. Shift differential for short shifts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional care and companionship to clients living in the University District area of Seattle. As a CNA/HCA, you will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with clients through personalized care and attention.
- Assist clients with light housekeeping to promote a safe and clean environment.
- Transport clients to appointments and shopping/errands.
- Provide companionship and supervision as needed.
Requirements:
- Current state driver's license and dependable insured automobile.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification.
- Previous CNA and senior care experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Pass background check and medical clearance prior to hire.
- Work authorization required.
