About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sponsorship & Activation Coordinator to join our team at NICE CROWD, a Los Angeles-based live events company. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and sponsorship activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team on various projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sponsor requests and communication, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage client deliverables, ensuring seamless execution of sponsorship activations.
  • Assist in developing sales materials and presentations, showcasing our company's expertise and value proposition.
  • Research prospective sponsors and prepare for meetings, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Organize sales materials, contracts, and reports, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Execute partner activations, ensuring successful delivery of sponsorship commitments and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or administrative roles, with a proven track record of success in client-facing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or Marketing, with a strong foundation in writing, communication, and project management.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling sales materials and presentations.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Excel, with experience in creating engaging visual content and managing data-driven projects.
  • Passionate about Black culture and entertainment, with a deep understanding of the importance of cultural diversity and inclusion in the events industry.
