Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sponsorship & Activation Coordinator. This role will play a vital part in maintaining client relationships, providing operational support to sponsors, and assisting the sales team with program activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and account management support to the sales team across various projects.
  • Act as the primary contact for sponsor requests and communication, handling inquiries, creative adjustments, logo implementation, activation, and program timelines.
  • Deliver weekly client status updates and collaborate with internal teams to monitor and manage deliverables.
  • Aid in the development of polished sales decks and written materials.
  • Coordinate sales team meetings, including scheduling, generating emails, and preparing agendas.
  • Conduct research on prospective sponsors, including executive biographies and company objectives, in preparation for meetings.
  • Manage and organize sales materials, contracts, invoicing, data retrieval, and reports.
  • Maintain the client database, including current and potential partners.
  • Assist in executing seamless partner activations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, client service, project management, or administrative roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or Marketing.
  • Proficiency in business writing, communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work autonomously.
  • Experience in environments where corporate protocol is essential.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Excel.
  • Skilled in developing pitch presentations and sponsorship decks.
  • Excellent proofreading and compositional skills; writing samples and assessments are required.
  • Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Black culture and entertainment.
