  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment is properly prepared and returned after use.
  • Identify areas for improvement and take initiative to optimize crew efficiency.
  • Previous construction experience is highly desirable, but not required.

Equipment and Tools:

  • Operate power tools, such as saws, drills, jack hammers, and roto hammers, with precision and safety.
  • Work with heavy equipment, including jumping jacks, scissor lifts, and excavators, under the guidance of experienced operators.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Proven attendance record and a strong commitment to punctuality.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with others.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and algebra.
