We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director of Charter Sales and Operations to lead our Charter Division at Total Aerospace Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving charter sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service to our high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Charter Sales and Operations Management: Manage and coordinate helicopter charter sales, including quoting, booking, and scheduling, to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to increase profitability, optimize our fleet, and expand geographic destinations, aligning with our company's growth objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and corporations with personalized itineraries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through targeted marketing initiatives and client engagements, leveraging your expertise in charter sales and business development.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with pilots, ground crew, and maintenance teams to ensure safe and on-time flight operations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FAA regulations and oversee safety and compliance protocols, ensuring our operations meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Management Reporting: Conduct regular management reporting to track sales, client preferences, and operational metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in charter sales within a Part 135 helicopter operation.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Suite.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Background in luxury helicopter charter sales or hospitality catering to high-end clientele, certification or training in aviation safety and compliance.
