Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Receiver to join our team at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah. As a Call Receiver, you will provide exceptional service to our members by responding to their requests for roadside assistance and other AAA products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to member requests for roadside assistance and other AAA services in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Use technology systems to coordinate rescue efforts for members in need of assistance.
  • Partner with Territory/Fleet Managers to gain a better understanding of their territory and provide support as needed.
  • Update information systems and keep members informed of all requested services.
Requirements
  • Clear and proficient verbal and written communication skills, even under pressure.
  • Advanced computer, relevant applications, telephone, and dispatch/radio skills.
  • Common knowledge of vehicle components and common reasons for vehicle failure.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to toggle and navigate through multiple applications for simultaneous use.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM.
