Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively across projects.
  • Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for the portfolio. Share insight and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
  • Develop and manage portfolio roadmaps to support regional strategy.
  • Oversee the Logistics and Supply Chain portfolio of projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor the performance of the portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and reporting, providing regular updates on portfolio status.
Requirements
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.

  • Capable of delivering updates to diverse audiences.
  • 10 years of experience in strategy and/or product development in the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical thinker with strategic capability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while keeping calm and collected.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Program or Portfolio management or a similar role.
  • Strong management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in driving growth agenda.
  • Influencing skills and ability to navigate the organization and build strong working relationships.
  • Ability to articulate a clear Integrator vision.
  • Corporate Finance / IP knowledge.
  • Relevant certifications in project or portfolio management.
