Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hydrographic surveying, bathymetric data collection, and construction surveying to support dredging operations and geotechnical engineering efforts.
- Oversee site mobilization and the setup of dredging equipment, ensuring proper dredge material management and sediment removal.
- Monitor environmental compliance through air and water quality assessments, contributing to environmental dredging initiatives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining dredging equipment such as hydraulic excavators and GPS dredging systems.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all marine safety protocols are strictly followed.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in marine dredging or marine construction operations, with knowledge of dredge profiling and marine geospatial data collection.
- Experience with dredging equipment and marine sediment management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- TWIC credential or ability to obtain is mandatory.
