Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a travel Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Illinois.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
