Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist

LRS Healthcare - Cardiopulmonary is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join their team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a travel Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a new and challenging setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of conditions, including respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Illinois.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
