- Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, public health, or a related field. Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is highly desirable.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in infection prevention and control, with a strong background in leadership and management. Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge and Expertise: In-depth knowledge of infection prevention and control principles, practices, and regulations. Strong understanding of healthcare-associated infections, surveillance, and reporting.
