  • Execute our membership sales strategy to acquire new members and retain existing ones.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Deliver a positive member experience, ensuring that all interactions are friendly, efficient, and effective.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, ensuring that all interactions are in accordance with BJ's Wholesale Club standards.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives, sharing best practices and expertise to drive success.
Requirements
  • Previous front-line customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of goal achievement.
  • Basic math skills and computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and remaining in a stationary position, with occasional bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping. The work environment is comfortable and indoor, with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises.
