Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at NAPAA. As a Personal Lines Producer, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining profitable relationships with existing clients and expanding our book of business through new client sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through various channels.
  • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up and communication.
  • Anticipate and respond to client needs, providing accurate and timely quotations and general account support.
  • Actively follow up on purchased leads, prospect for new clients, and solicit increases in existing client coverage.

Requirements:

  • Insurance license from any state, with the ability to obtain a Maryland P&C license.
  • Minimum of six months of insurance account management experience.
