In this role, you will be working closely with the Office of Alumni Engagement team to help serve our alumni and friends around the world. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, assisting with event planning, and creating engaging content for our social media channels.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a team environment. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to alumni, students, and university leadership
- Assist with event planning, including setup and hosting on-campus events
- Develop and implement social media strategic plans across various platforms
- Create engaging content for publications and social media platforms
- Design and take photographs for promotional materials
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service, event planning, or creative writing is preferred.
Salary Range: $12-$15 per hour (based on location and experience)
