Make a Difference in AIG's Global Security Team
AIG is dedicated to safeguarding its workforce and ensuring a secure working environment. Our Global Security team specializes in Physical Security, Security Operations, Executive Protection, and Investigations. The Global Investigations Division is responsible for probing physical security incidents and external fraud schemes targeting the organization.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage confidential investigations into high-stakes physical security incidents that could affect personnel or business operations.
- Lead investigations into external fraud or scams directed at the organization.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that joint investigations are effectively managed from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate records and oversee the Global Investigations Manual, ensuring compliance within the case management system.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry experts, associations, and law enforcement agencies at all levels.
- Provide support to the Global Security Operations team as necessary, which may include Executive Protection/Event Protection responsibilities, Site Security Assessments, and responses to significant incidents.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations within a security or law enforcement context.
- Proven track record in managing investigations and directing case activities.
- Strong knowledge of conducting desktop investigations and utilizing data to support case outcomes.
- Familiarity with and access to Joint Task Forces and law enforcement agencies at various governmental levels.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data entry and customer service, with experience in tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and email communication.
- Able to efficiently multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required.
