Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage personnel records and keep them up to date
  • Issue offer letters and manage the onboarding process
  • Administer benefits, including health, dental, and FSA/DCA

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in administrative support roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits including health and dental insurance, life insurance, FSA/DCA, 401(k) with Company contributions, eight paid holidays in addition to PTO time, and flexible work hours.
