Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and enhancement of our client-facing digital platforms in the Wealth Management or Banking sector. This role requires onsite presence in downtown St. Louis for 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap for client-facing applications, aligning with business goals and market demands in Wealth Management or Banking.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management, to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • User Experience (UX) and Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Wealth Management or Banking industry, applying insights to product strategy.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionalities.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for client feedback and feature requests, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of client-facing applications. Analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience: As a Product Manager, with a focus on client-facing applications in the Wealth Management or Banking industry.
  • Proven track record: Successfully managing and launching digital products or platforms, preferably within a financial services context.
  • Strong understanding: Of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills: With the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree: In Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Additional Requirements
  • Onsite presence: In downtown St. Louis for 3 days a week, with flexibility for remote work as needed.
