About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at Hilb Group. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for managing a book of personal lines clients, providing exceptional service to maintain and grow the book.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients, providing proactive service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the book of business, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and sales, to ensure seamless client service and support.
Requirements
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must be licensed or willing to obtain a license in insurance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in AMS360 a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
