Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Shuttle Driver to join our team at LAZ Parking. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation to and from the airport terminal and employee parking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reliably and punctually transport passengers to and from destinations, adhering to company and DOT standards.
  • Ensure the loading and unloading of passengers, including those with special needs, in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving service discrepancies in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Perform pre- and post-inspection activities to ensure the shuttle is in proper operating condition.
  • Assist passengers with general information about the local area and promote good customer relations.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A or B license with at least 2 years of licensed driving experience, including passenger and air brake endorsements.
  • Unexpired Medical Certificate.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
  • At least 20 years of age.
  • Meet MVR guidelines, including a clean driving record and no active reckless driving violations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate professionally and convey information effectively.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to work in the elements and lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to drive continuously for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
