Job Title: APN - Electrophysiology (Full Time)

Job Summary:

At Deborah Heart and Lung Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our Cardiology department, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with conduction system disorders, arrhythmias, Pacemakers, and Defibrillators.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Attending Physicians to evaluate and manage patients in the Electrophysiology Outpatient and Inpatient areas.

• Work with a team of Advanced Clinical Practice Providers, Nurses, and Technicians to provide comprehensive care to patients.

• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients with conduction system disorders, arrhythmias, Pacemakers, and Defibrillators.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or greater in Nursing or related field.

• Current New Jersey License as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse through a specialty association.

• Current CDS and DEA licenses required within 6 months of employment.

• Approval of credentials and clinical privileges per Center procedure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cardiology or EP experience as an Advanced Practice Provider or in Nursing.

• Orientation will be customized based on experience.
