Caregiver Specialist

Role: Direct Support Professional (Caregiver)As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with their daily needs, promoting independence, and fostering meaningful relationships. You will assist with personal hygiene, support individuals with behavioral challenges, and help participants achieve their developmental goals.
What You'll Bring to Sevita- Communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with participants and colleagues
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing situations and needs
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Patient and compassionate approach to working with individuals with diverse needs
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Competitive hourly rate of $15.00 and a comprehensive benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week
