As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team to achieve these objectives, while also training and developing new team members to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Research new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and lead generation.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our proprietary systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective supervisory and leadership skills, with a focus on team development.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community and contribute to our company's mission.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, with a preference for Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the United States.
  • Clean background check and reliable transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
