Counterperson Sales Representative

TRENTINI is seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as a leader who embodies passion and purpose. With over 120 years of industry leadership, we are committed to excellence and innovation. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn our proprietary process, service our existing 2,000 business clients, and develop relationships to drive new business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team to achieve these objectives, while also training and developing new team members to ensure seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
- Research new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and lead generation.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our proprietary systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective supervisory and leadership skills, with a focus on team development.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Desire to be active in the community and contribute to our company's mission.
- Knowledge of CRMs, with a preference for Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in the United States.
- Clean background check and reliable transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
