We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in regulatory change and transformation. As a Regulatory Change Expert, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transformation Leadership: Lead transformation initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and operations teams.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives and milestones.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and regulatory change.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
