Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Surgical Intermediate Care Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiovascular and surgical procedures. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Alaska
- Experience working in a critical care or cardiothoracic surgery unit
At Alaska Regional Hospital, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and creating a supportive work environment for our staff.
