Indian River State College is seeking a talented Adjunct Graphic Design and Digital Media Instructor to join our team

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic professional to teach our students the latest graphic design and digital media techniques. As an Adjunct Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and passion for graphic design and digital media with our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach graphic design and digital media courses, including Photoshop, Illustrator, QuarkXPress, Adobe Premiere, Avid, web design, animation, and video/sound editing software.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our students.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist with program development and curriculum innovation.
  • Participate in department meetings and contribute to the academic community.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
  • At least three years of documented industry experience in graphic design, video production, computer animation, game development, or web publishing.
  • Expertise in Adobe products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
  • Digital media candidates should demonstrate expertise in 3D software, such as Autodesk Maya, Mudbox, or Zbrush.
