Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at SIRVA. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and employees, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Provide recommendations on talent management strategies to ensure the right talent is in place to meet business needs.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve overall employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Operations: Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between HR and business leaders, providing timely and effective communication on HR-related matters.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR data and provide insights to business leaders to inform HR-related decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and partner effectively with business leaders.
