Manufacturing Control Systems Developer

Prestige Staffing Services is seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer for a manufacturing facility in the Fort Wayne area.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with highly competitive starting pay and excellent benefits.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have experience designing, implementing, and monitoring equipment control systems, improvements, upgrades, and process data collection.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement control systems to improve efficiency and productivity
- Participate in capital planning and improvements to enhance facility operations
- Assist with process-related issues and improvements to meet quality standards
- Evaluate and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure reliability
- Manage capital improvement projects from start to finish
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), relay logic, and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
- Familiarity with control network protocols, including Ethernet, DH+, and RIO
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and human-machine interfaces (HMIs)
- High voltage distribution and electrical troubleshooting skills
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
