**About the Team**

We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, whether online, at a game, or during significant sporting events. Each retail location is designed with a technology-enhanced approach, allowing us to quickly respond to the dynamic needs of sports fans.

**Position Overview**

The Seasonal Retail Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This position involves engaging with fans, maintaining retail standards, and supporting back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate within a team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Welcome customers and assist them in having an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer interactions.
  • Ensure a high-quality shopping experience that connects fans with the brand.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Process transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Uphold professionalism and customer service standards to positively represent the Fanatics brand.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.
