  • Bakery Operations: Prepare bakery items, manage inventory, and maintain equipment according to company guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with department managers and associates to achieve sales and profit goals, and maintain a positive and respectful team dynamic.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with customers, associates, and management.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills to manage cash, operate a cash register, and perform other financial tasks.
  • Food Safety Certification: Current food handlers permit required.
  • Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
