Job Overview

Firehouse Subs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including managing day-to-day operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the restaurant's daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and District Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Manage the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment, meeting company standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional and positive manner, building relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing labor costs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Food safety certification and ability to obtain any necessary certifications.
