Job Summary

Prime Healthcare Management Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers regarding referrals for the employee/dependent medical benefits plan.

Responsibilities
  • Handle daily intake of member and provider phone calls regarding referrals for the medical benefits plan.
  • Search the PAS tool system and fax/mailing to members and providers.
Requirements
  • Customer Service experience in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Ability to handle a high call volume in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Working knowledge of self-funded medical plans and/or Managed Care plans.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office Windows.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $17.00 to $24.62. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering a wide range of factors, including skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
