**Job Summary**
We are seeking a talented Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will thrive in a competitive environment and be able to successfully prospect for new business while retaining excellent customer service skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
Drive new sales for Service Logic in a professional manner consistent with the company's integrity and customer service standards.
Network and prospect for commercial clients who may be interested in our HVAC, Building Automation, and Solar maintenance and service offerings.
Work with customers to creatively solve issues they may be experiencing in their home or commercial building as it relates to their mechanical systems.
Reach out to potential clients in new territories and develop Service Logic's presence in new markets.
Split your time between the office and job sites to survey equipment on rooftops and in mechanical rooms and identify maintenance solutions for clients.
Develop your sales pipeline by researching new opportunities and engaging in prospecting activities.
Keep appointments with customers as scheduled.
**Requirements**
Experience in B2B and B2C consultative sales and with prospecting.
You must be comfortable speaking with high-level decision makers who are interested in broad business issues like strategy, customer service, revenue, and profitability.
Experience leveraging technical opportunities into sales.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Technical experience in construction or mechanical systems preferred, but not required.
**Physical Requirements**
Ability to stand, walk, bend, type, and sit for up to (8) hours.
Able to work in a variety of extreme weather, hot, and cold conditions.
Able to work safely in confined spaces such as attics, basements, closets, and crawl spaces.
Able to work safely at elevated heights such as rooftops, ceilings, and ladders.
Able to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach.
Able to walk on uneven surfaces.
Able to work off a ladder, sometimes at heights.
Able to safely lift 50 pounds.
