Job Overview

The Area Supervisor Team Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, fostering a positive shopping environment for customers and empowering associates to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining Store Operations:
    • Oversee daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
    • Ensure timely completion of tasks, such as receiving merchandise, processing returns, and maintaining stockrooms.
  • Sales Floor Supervision:
    • Monitor sales floor activity, providing guidance and support to associates to achieve sales goals and maintain visual merchandising standards.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent customer service.
  • Associate Development:
    • Coach and develop associates to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
    • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and respect among associates.
  • Loss Prevention:
    • Identify and mitigate potential security risks, implementing strategies to prevent shoplifting and reduce inventory shrinkage.
    • Conduct regular audits, monitoring sales floor activity and stockroom organization to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Front End Supervision:
    • Manage front-end operations, including cash handling, register maintenance, and associate scheduling.
    • Ensure seamless transactions, efficient checkout processes, and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Fitting Room Management:
    • Supervise fitting room activity, monitoring garment tags, and ensuring timely retrieval of returned items.
    • Implement strategies to minimize lost sales and optimize merchandise recovery.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Perform various administrative duties, such as payroll processing, time-off requests, and employee data updates.
    • Collaborate with store leadership to address operational issues, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
