Key Responsibilities


Lead complex geotechnical engineering projects, providing technical expertise and guidance to junior staff.


Mentor and develop geotechnical engineers to advance their skills and careers.


Develop and execute business development strategies to expand geotechnical services in the local market.


Assist with department management, planning, and financials to ensure the success of geotechnical projects.


Lead client and team meetings to provide geotechnical solutions and recommendations.


Oversee geotechnical projects to ensure quality control and timeliness, and perform technical report reviews and final approval with a professional stamp.


Requirements


8+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong technical knowledge of geotechnical principles and applications.


Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with experience in business development and local market growth.


BS in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar from an ABET accredited college/university, and a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) designation.
