Role Description:

In this role, you will be an integral part of a team focused on the development of an integrated software and hardware system designed for the evaluation and testing of sophisticated Electromagnetic Spectrum components and systems. Your contributions will support software modeling of complex RF environments, encompassing a diverse range of sensors and communication systems. The system's capabilities will include motion dynamics, environmental influences, and advanced sensor technologies.

This position emphasizes critical elements of software release, system validation, and quality assurance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related engineering field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in software testing and validation
  • Experience in software development with a focus on automated testing
  • Proficiency in developing analysis plans and automated testing processes
  • Familiarity with high-level object-oriented programming languages such as C# or C++
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new applications and technologies
  • Knowledge of measurement instrumentation (e.g., Sources, Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes)
  • Experience with DEVOPS tools and systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration abilities
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with dynamic force-level simulations or detailed single system simulations
  • Knowledge of electromagnetic signal generation (e.g., RADAR, Communications)
  • Proficiency in C# development using Visual Studio
  • Experience with digital signal processing in Python and Matlab
  • Skills in build automation, including Jenkins integration and shell scripting
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services, Chocolatey, and Docker
