Front Desk Assistant Manager

The Front Desk Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager with the operation of the Front Office in an attentive, friendly, efficient, and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Desk Manager with the operation of the Front Office
- Provide quality service to guests prior to and throughout their stay
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy
- Supervise and train Front Desk staff
- Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- Supervisory experience required
- Must be proficient in Windows operating systems
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
