Client Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Operations Manager to join our team at PayIt. As a key member of our Client Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients have everything they need to succeed in their day-to-day operations.
Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional client service, ensuring client reconciliation and resident customer service needs are met, and collaborating with internal teams to drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure client reconciliation and resident customer service needs are met, including successful delivery of accurate reports, transaction management, and integration settings.
- Ensure proper operational activities occur on time and accurately, including chargebacks, keystroke requests, e-billing delivery, tax season coordination, and integration improvements.
- Resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal impact on agency staff.
- Provide training and support to clients on PayIt products and services, ensuring they have the information they need to properly do their job.
- Meet with clients regularly to build rapport and identify opportunities for configuration needs that would alleviate client or customer friction.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers to drive performance and identify areas for improvement.
- 3-5 years of experience in a client or customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to analyze outcomes.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, such as Zendesk.
- Active listening and empathy traits to effectively work with clients and internal teams.
- Decision-making skills and analytical thinking to provide a data-driven approach to problems and opportunities.
