Lead of Client Accounts Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Lead of Client Accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our digital marketing analysts by removing obstacles and enabling them to focus on impactful work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Account Management: Utilize advanced technology to oversee large-scale digital marketing campaigns and analyze trends to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Service Plan Development: Develop and maintain a clear service plan for each account, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring alignment with client strategies.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor and guide Analysts, offering performance feedback and career development support.
  • Client Onboarding and Sales: Assist with onboarding new clients and participating in sales pitches.
  • Team Leadership: Clarify priorities and approaches for the team, oversee ongoing projects, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Account Performance Monitoring: Monitor accounts performance and provide regular guidance on opportunities for improvement.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Handle intermediate-level technical troubleshooting.
  • Publisher and Product Integrations: Lead new publisher or product integrations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, operations, engineering) to provide feedback and brainstorm new features.
  • Client Workload Review: Review client workload, service plans, and deliverables.
  • Management Training: Participate in management training.
  • Team Discussions and Client Calls: Lead team discussions and closing conversations, confirm client objectives, and organize and participate in strategic client calls.
  • Training Materials and Documentation: Contribute to training materials and documentation.
  • Automated Tasks: Automate recurring tasks.
  • Audits and Testing Initiatives: Perform audits and develop and implement testing initiatives.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews for clients, including coaching and presenting.
  • Industry Insights: Share industry, competitor, and solution insights with the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience with some time spent at a marketing agency.
  • Management Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract trends from data and communicate insights effectively using data and visual.

Salary: Between $80,000-$95,000 annually depending on experience
