Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients and customers receive exceptional care and service. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and team members, to promote a culture of care and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Role Model Culture of C.A.R.E. and patient-centered organizational values.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with patients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient/customer experience-based programs, projects, and improvements.
  • Gather key information to prepare presentations, documents, and reports to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with site-based leadership to promote and sustain patient experience strategic plans.
  • Participate in patient/customer experience improvement efforts and provide support for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate educational and training programs to engage team members in patient/customer experience culture.
  • Provide emotional support to patients, families, visitors, and team members during interactions.
  • Perform service recovery and follow policies/procedures regarding concern and complaint management.
  • Operate under general guidance and work assignments may require interpretation and independent decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
