Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of aircraft maintenance technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and performing maintenance on customer aircraft.
  • Ensure all work is performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
  • Operate ground support equipment as needed.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
  • Assist with maintenance at off-site locations.
  • Train, coach, and support other employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of aircraft maintenance work experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of corporate/commercial jet experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of Bombardier aircraft model experience.
  • Engine Run & Taxi qualified on Bombardier Aircraft or Delegated Inspector eligible.
  • Demonstrate leadership ability and planning/organization skills.
  • Familiar with all systems installations of Bombardier aircraft model.
