Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of aircraft maintenance technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and performing maintenance on customer aircraft.
- Ensure all work is performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
- Operate ground support equipment as needed.
- Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
- Assist with maintenance at off-site locations.
- Train, coach, and support other employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 8 years of aircraft maintenance work experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of corporate/commercial jet experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Bombardier aircraft model experience.
- Engine Run & Taxi qualified on Bombardier Aircraft or Delegated Inspector eligible.
- Demonstrate leadership ability and planning/organization skills.
- Familiar with all systems installations of Bombardier aircraft model.
