Lead Behavioral Health Technician

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a key member of our Respite Program, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor Direct Care Professionals to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients.
- Develop and implement program activities that meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals in the Respite Program.
- Collaborate with Program Coordinators to plan and implement program activities, ensuring a safe and fun environment for all participants.
- Provide guidance and support to Direct Care Professionals in managing children's behaviors and ensuring their health and safety.
- Assist with planning, implementing, and documenting activities, ensuring compliance with Devereux's policies and procedures.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and pass DMV 36-month history check.
- Two (2) years experience in behavioral health service delivery; or one (1) year Devereux experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Competitive pay rate: $18 - $19.80 per hour.
- Full-time weekend schedule: Friday 9:30am-10:30pm, Saturday 7:30am-10:30pm, Sunday 7:00am-7:00pm.
