Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team at swipejobs LLC. In this high-profile role, you will support the companies hiring needs across both corporate and manufacturing functions for US operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for various positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop compelling job descriptions, and drive the recruitment process until a hiring decision is made.
  • Utilize an ATS to manage job postings, screen resumes, and track candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Build relationships with external recruitment vendors to expand and strengthen our talent pipeline, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing and corporate roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and prior experience using an ATS such as UltiPro.
  • Education: A college degree or equivalent certifications in HR or related fields.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Professional approach to working with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, providing top-notch customer service.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and changing demands.
