As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Salary & Location

The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $78,000 per annum, and you will be based in Downtown Houston, Texas 77002.

Job Description

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing;
  • Strong interviewing and negotiation skills;
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
  • Creative and strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent teamwork skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment (we will only entertain candidates that are willing to work in a fast-paced environment);
  • Volume hiring experience;
  • Real estate and/or construction industry experience is preferred but not required.
