Full-Cycle Recruiter for Manufacturing and Corporate Roles

Swiping through top talent for our dynamic team, we are seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruitment Specialist to drive our hiring needs forward.

Job Description:
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle for various corporate and manufacturing positions, leveraging your expertise to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
You will partner closely with our Senior Recruiting Lead and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop captivating job descriptions, and navigate the recruitment process until a hiring decision is made and the new hire is onboarded.
To excel in this position, you must be proficient in utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage job postings, screen resumes, and track candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Beyond your technical skills, we value your ability to build and maintain relationships with external recruitment vendors to expand and strengthen our talent pipeline, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.

Qualifications & Core Competencies:
- Experience: 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing and corporate roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with prior experience using an ATS like UltiPro being a plus.
- Education: A college degree or equivalent certifications in HR or related fields are preferred.
- Customer Service Orientation: Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process while working with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Commitment: Your ability to commit to a 3+-month contract position.
- Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and changing demands.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate review of resumes, interview feedback, and candidate documentation to ensure consistency and high standards.
- Time Management & Organization: Prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and meeting deadlines with efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Experience working with recruiting agencies and managing external vendor relationships is a significant advantage.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication with the ability to interact seamlessly with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
