Position Overview

We are currently in search of a Cost Management Director for our Semiconductor - Manufacturing division in the Pacific Northwest. The successful candidate will be an innovative leader with robust technical expertise and a proven history of fostering growth and quality within the sector.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the current cost management team
  • Lead business development efforts and nurture client partnerships
  • Provide assurance services for projects and supervise significant programs
  • Assess organizational requirements and formulate recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with project leaders and other service heads
  • Ensure the financial success of the team and project profitability

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in cost management
  • Familiarity with North American markets and the Semiconductor Manufacturing industry
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Professional Certification: RICS qualified (MRICS), AACEI, CMAA, and/or PMP
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Development
