Global Head of Implementation Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our implementation efforts as Global Head of Implementation. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing large-scale implementation projects, particularly with offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Lead and mentor a global team of implementation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and offshore teams, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from the plan.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all implementation activities.
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementation projects, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in financial technology to continuously enhance implementation strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience (15+ years) in managing large-scale implementation projects within the financial technology sector.
- Strong understanding of payment card processing, core banking solutions, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing offshore teams.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
