Job Title: Global Head of Implementation

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our implementation efforts as Global Head of Implementation. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing large-scale implementation projects, particularly with offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  2. Lead and mentor a global team of implementation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and offshore teams, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  5. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from the plan.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all implementation activities.
  7. Drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementation projects, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in financial technology to continuously enhance implementation strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Experience: Proven experience (15+ years) in managing large-scale implementation projects within the financial technology sector.
Skills:
  1. Strong understanding of payment card processing, core banking solutions, and related technologies.
  2. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing offshore teams.
  3. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  4. Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Ability to travel internationally as required.
