About the Role

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating appointments, managing client records, and communicating with families and funeral directors.

We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage appointment calendars, schedule events, and ensure timely coordination of services
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, using database management systems
  3. Draft correspondence, reports, and other documents, utilizing business writing skills
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional manner
  5. Work collaboratively with funeral directors, office staff, and external partners to deliver high-quality services
Essential Qualifications
  • Previous experience in funeral services or a related industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing empathetic support to families
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple deadlines
