Our Engineering division is in search of a skilled Agile Project Facilitator to manage the Agile Scrum framework for multiple cross-functional teams. This position will support these teams in boosting efficiency, enhancing collaboration, mitigating risks, and nurturing a culture of ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor Technical Lead Managers within your teams to ensure adherence to Agile Scrum or Kanban best practices.
  • Supervise multiple cross-functional scrum teams, including iOS, Android, and backend developers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to launch and continuously enhance features of our mobile application and website.
  • Lead and/or facilitate daily scrums, backlog refinement, planning, and retrospective meetings.
  • Collaborate with your teams to ensure that projects are accurately estimated and deadlines are established.
  • Provide project leadership, direction, and constructive feedback.
  • Identify potential risks and resolve issues that may hinder project completion.
  • Coordinate testing timelines with QA personnel to guarantee quality within project deadlines.
  • Utilize the company's issue tracking system to ensure each team maintains the appropriate workflow and transitions throughout the development life-cycle.
  • Conduct product reviews and quality assurance in accordance with our methodologies.
  • Leverage sprint reports to monitor team velocity and ensure teams achieve their sprint objectives.
  • Encourage team participation in end-of-sprint demonstrations.
  • Facilitate hands-on testing sessions.
  • Lead various projects as necessary, which includes organizing kickoff meetings, documenting meeting minutes, following up on action items, and developing project plans.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a scrum master, project manager, or in applications development management.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies such as scrum or kanban is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and enhancing consumer-facing mobile applications.
  • Ability to manage intricate cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong planning, coordination, people management, and communication skills, coupled with a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with both non-technical and technical staff for requirement gathering and implementation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • BA/BS degree required.
Compensation
  • The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $160,000.
    • This salary range is determined by role, level, and location, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations.
